Article 1 : Object
The present general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded by SpeedVolt™ On its website https://speed-volt.fr. Any order placed on this site implies unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

Article 2 : Products
The products offered for sale on the site https://speed-volt.fr are remote-controlled electric cars and associated accessories. The essential features of each product are presented on the product description page.

Article 3 : Order
The customer can place an order on the site https://speed-volt.frThe order can only be recorded on the site if the customer has clearly identified themselves. The customer declares that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions before confirming their order.

Article 4 : Price
The prices of the products are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT) and excluding delivery charges. SpeedVolt™ reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Article 5 : Payment
Payment for products is made by credit card on the site https://speed-volt.frThe customer guarantees to SpeedVolt™ that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen when validating the order. SpeedVolt™ reserves the right to suspend any order management and any delivery in case of refusal of payment authorization by credit card from officially accredited organizations or in case of non-payment.

Article 6 : Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer when placing their order on the site https://speed-volt.fr. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are indicated on the site at the time of the order. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only, and any potential delay cannot lead to the cancellation of the order or compensation. In case of damage during delivery, the customer must inform SpeedVolt™ within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Article 7 : Right of withdrawal
The customer has a period of 30 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 8 : Warranties
The products sold on the site https://speed-volt.fr are guaranteed in accordance with the legal provisions in force. Any warranty is excluded in case of misuse, negligence, or lack of maintenance by the customer, as well as in the case of normal wear and tear of the product.

Article 9 : Responsibility
SpeedVolt™ cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages, bodily or material, resulting from the use or misuse of the products sold.
