Refund policy
Our policy lasts 60 days. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
The return of certain types of merchandise is not allowed. Thus, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, nor flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Some health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for a reason not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also specify whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or initial payment method is automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact the issuing company of your credit card, as it may take some time for the official display of your refund to appear.
Next, contact your bank. The display of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay.

Discounted or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at contact@speed-volt.fr. (We will provide you with detailed instructions on the return process).
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who originally gave the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, we will issue the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.
Shipping

The shipping costs related to the return of your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over €75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
